This individual will serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, transforming data into actionable insights through dashboards, reporting, and analytics. Day to Day: Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau. Partner with business stakeholders across Sales, Service, and Product teams to understand reporting and analytics needs. Translate business requirements into meaningful metrics, KPIs, and visualizations. Work closely with developers, engineers, and data services teams to identify, access, and stitch together data from multiple sources. Analyze data and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize deliverables and support ongoing growth initiatives. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Support a rapidly scaling team by helping drive reporting, insights, and data-driven decision-making.
