Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $18.00 – $25.00 / hour (DOE) + Quarterly Team Performance Bonus

As our Dental Assistant, you will play a central role in delivering smooth clinical procedures and a comforting patient experience:
Chairside Assisting: Partner closely with our doctors during a wide variety of restorative and preventive dental procedures.
Patient Care & Comfort: Seat patients warmly, review health histories, explain treatment steps, and ensure an empathetic, stress-free chairside experience.
Digital X-Rays & Imaging: Take high-quality dental radiographs accurately and efficiently.
Operatory Setup & Sterilization: Prepare, sanitize, and break down treatment operatories, maintaining strict infection control protocols.
Clinical Collaboration: Support inventory management, restock clinical supplies, and maintain seamless communication with the front office team.
Certifications: Arizona Dental Radiography (X-Ray) Certification (Preferred) - Clinic is willing to assist candidate in obtaining certifications.
Experience: No prior experience required-we are eager to train! Prior clinical chairside experience is a plus.
Key Attributes: High reliability, friendly demeanor, strong team orientation, and an eagerness to learn.
Availability: Able to work Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM in Lake Havasu City.
