Back Of House Team MemberTeam members provide guests with a remarkable dining experience that is always fast, accurate, and friendly. We are hyper focused on a team setting and a commitment to excellence as we strive to provide the highest quality food and service possible.Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standardsBe knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep, which includes:Filet, grill, bread, and assemble our fresh chicken productsWash, chop, bake, and assemble side itemsPrepare cold individual and catering menu itemsStock and rotate kitchen inventory as neededKeep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all timesWork safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen ManagerComplete all opening, transition, or closing tasks as assignedWe are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities:Consistency and ReliabilityCheerful and Positive AttitudeValues Teamwork and ExcellenceLoves Serving and Helping OthersApplicants must be able to:SmileCreate and maintain eye contactMultitask while working quickly, yet thoroughlyDemonstrate a team-oriented, adaptable, and customer-focused work ethicCommunicate effectively with guests and team membersApplicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time.
